Yes Tesla has created their own solar roof materials! We love the fact that solar roofing already pays for itself in the long run,but now Tesla has their hand in it we know the materials are gonna be as popular as their cars. There are 4 styles you can choose from…Tuscan glass, smooth glass,textured, and slate glass..all would look great! Tesla’s solar roofs are expected to possibly be cheaper that your standard roof. These roofs will have a life span of about 30 years and they have the highest rating possible for any storm damage! As good as this sounds there are some pros…upkeep is gonna be expensive and if something becomes damaged parts are gonna be limited. Also, you have to be put on a waiting list for at least a year to get one. We all love Tesla cars, but will we equally love their new, stylish solar roofing?
