I grew up in Northern California and played just about every sport there was. I was fortunate enough to be drafted by the Cleveland Indians but decided to attend University of Tennessee on a baseball scholarship where I was captain of the 2001 College World Series team.
Upon graduation I Immediately began my sales career with a Fortune 500 company. I began in B2B sales at the individual level, and then progressed into sales leadership from there. I was able to find success as a Sales Manager, then a Director of Sales for the Southeast, then as Senior VP of Sales and Marketing for the entire US. In those roles, I've always focused on our people, and making sure they know that what they do everyday matters. This has helped my teams consistently achieve company goals, while also ensuring that our customers have a great user experience.
I also bring an understanding of the roofing industry as I've been a VP of sales over the last eight years at a roofing company. This opportunity at Northpoint Roofing Systems is different than any I've seen as it offers a wonderful combination of customer-centric solutions and the infrastructure to support it.
