Wow!! What can u say when u have an unexpected effortless experience. We worked with Philip, who was amazing. He helped us with the process from start to finish. His patience, knowledge and friendliness was outstanding. He saw that our roof and gutter install went smooth and to our satisfaction. Definitely would and have recommend Northpoint Roofing systems.

We were so fortunate to have found North Point Roofing. At first when our insurance claim was rejected, I was skeptical but we ended up in good hands with Phillip (our sales rep ). He was persistent with supplying additional information to insurance and it worked to get our claim approved after a lengthy back-and-forth with them. They did a really thorough job replacing a large roof in one day. Thank you Tanya (our project manager) for great communication and overseeing the project. Overall great job and we are very satisfied with a new roof!

After the April hailstorms we were curious about the condition of our 15+ year old roof. Our neighbors had used Northpoint Roofing last year and recommended we get a free drone inspection—we took their recommendation and have no regrets. We worked with Reeve to set everything up and the entire process went smoothly. From drone inspection, making a case with our insurance company, and install everything was topnotch. Their team is kind, knowledgeable, and advocates to get you good quality within your budget. The products they use are high quality GAF roofing materials with solid warranties and ratings. I want also note that our project manager CJ was onsite from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, which we greatly appreciated! We've had past projects done and the project managers typically aren't around until it's time to sign-off for the day. Totally recommend Northpoint Roofing.

Great experience with Northpoint Roofing Systems and JD Pond. The drone inspection revealed hail damage. JD worked with the insurance company for assistance and Northpoint replaced the entire roof. Over a year since installation and no issues. Thanks!

I call NorthPoint Roofingafter the first company i called didn't answer my calls to fix my roof and ceiling. NorthPoint Roofing is great, they came out and in a few days my roof and ceiling was fix and done. My POC, O'Brien, K. made this process super easy, and was always available. I highly recommend this company.

Had a leak develop 2 years after install due to a small gap opening up under a warped vent housing. Northpoint responded quickly and replaced the damaged vent housing and surrounding shingles. Very nice to see a company honor their warranty and not try to shift the blame elsewhere. Thank you Jaydon!
